Fryer ECONOMY

The robust stainless steel design of the Economy, the tried and tested technology and its reliable digital heater guarantee an easy frying process and the success of all deep fried pastries.

The frying basket is removed manually onto the drain tray on the left to allow any excess fat to drip back into the fat pan. The basic model is supplied with two flat frying baskets.
