The DIOSNA spiral mixer SP 12 is particularly suitable for work in the laboratory, for the small dough and can be used in canteens, kitchens, restaurants and pizzerias.
The SP 12 has excellent, high intensity kneading properties leading to shortmixing times. As a universal mixer it can be used for all kind of doughs.
