Fermentors for wheat predough, wheat sourdough and spelt sourdough, capacity 500 kg/batch
Fermentors can be flexibly used for production of wheat predoughs, wheat sour doughs and spelt sourdough, with a flour : water ratio = 100 : 120 up to 100 : 150.
Special propeller agitator for gentle, lump free stirring and preservation of gluten strands.
- Triple wall, stainless steel container, with insulation and cooling unit (K models)

- Cover made as stainless an be fully opened for filling and cleaning, monitored by limit switch
- Gear pump, with dry-run protection
